The patrol that chased the group of Stars and Moon refugees - that she's she's begun to call the Scions of Nights' Sky - to Rheita's borders are likely long gone, but that doesn't mean that others can't have taken their place. In an effort to protect both Fellden's Scions and Rheita, Ryne's looking to make sure the borders around Rheita are adequately patrolled.

Persistent goals:

• Fellden: Ensure the world's survival. Find the source of the decay and stop it, or at least slow it down. Find ways to restore life to the corrupted lands. Strengthen relations between Otherworlders and Fellden natives. Learn more of the world's history. Bring an end to the war, ideally through alternative means than fighting
• Moon Temple: Prevent the escalation of tensions in the border regions. Increase support among the local populace for alternative solutions. Undermine popularity of more extremist/nationalistic ideals. Ensure that the Moon Temple does not lose.
• Rheita: Ensure the safety and stability of the town from outside threats, be they from the war or otherwise. Strengthen trade relations within Moon Temple borders and in Neutral lands. Build up facilities and infrastructure, including long-term city planning. Maintain good supplies and resources.
• Scions of Night's Sky: Ensure the safety and stability of the group. Keep them prepared for sudden changes of plans due to changing circumstances in the war, including having resources and plans ready should they be forced to flee Rheita. Forge and connect the group with allies in both factions and other groups as opportunities arise. Alert like-minded individuals to the existence of the group and help ensure their safety if need be. Try to build it up from a collection of like-minded people into an actual movement. Give something to those Otherworlders forcibly separated from their friends and family by the faction divide, whether it be a safe meeting place or something to fight for
